Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking a Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist to support the Knowledge Management & Practice Innovation team within the Information Technology department based in the New York office. Willkie is an elite international law firm with approximately 1,300 lawyers across 16 offices in six countries.
The Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist supports the development, delivery, and ongoing adoption of technology across the firm. Working under the direction of the Manager of Learning & Technology Adoption, this entry-level position helps employees build confidence and proficiency with firm technologies through live instruction, on-demand learning, documentation, and hands-on support. The role is designed for an individual early in their career who demonstrates strong communication skills, curiosity about technology, an interest in teaching and helping others, and the ability to learn new tools quickly.

The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
