Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join its Finance and Accounting Department. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers with 16 offices across six countries.
The Billing Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for a designated group of billing partners who work with the firm's largest client. This individual will be responsible for managing each partner's portfolio, including the timely execution of billing and collections. The Billing Coordinator will own the full revenue cycle, from the distribution of proformas through invoice payment. A successful candidate will cultivate strong working relationships with partners, clients, administrative staff, and fellow members of the billing and finance team. The ideal candidate will be based out of any one of our US offices.

The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
