Summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for CRM Data Stewards to support the client development and marketing team. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.


This role will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and usability of the firm’s CRM database to support business development and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will standardize and enrich contact data and conduct regular audits. They will create and manage segmented marketing lists, generate reports, and assist in the distribution of client communications through the firm’s email marketing tools. In collaboration with attorneys and marketing team members, the CRM Data Stewards will help publish client alerts and newsletters, troubleshoot user issues, and promote consistent use of CRM features and best practices across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform data quality and maintenance for the CRM system – standardize data entries, research and update company/contact information, log activities, merge duplicate records, etc.
• Create and maintain the Firm’s various marketing lists in the CRM – import lists, promote contacts, segment lists and populate data fields
• Perform searches and create custom reports in the CRM
• Create and send client communications with the firm’s email marketing tool
• Work with attorneys in the publication of alerts and newsletters
• Support CRM users by troubleshooting user issues, completing requests and explaining the CRM’s features and functionality
• Collaborate with marketing team members and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in coding/scripting, networking
• A minimum of two years of experience as a CRM data steward
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Dispatch, Vuture, Marketing Cloud)
• Superior aptitude for detail and accuracy
• Must have strong research skills
• Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) and client service skills
• Must work well under pressure, be organized, a proactive thinker and a team player
• Diplomacy, tact and ability to maintain confidentiality are required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Flexibility to come in office a few select days a year

ADA Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances
• Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
• Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals
• Ability to carry light objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance.
• Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.

The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
