Summary

The Dallas office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for a Receptionist to support the staff of Willkie Farr and Gallagher. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.

We are looking for a Receptionist to be a part of our team working out of our growing Dallas office. The Receptionist will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients/visitors as well as route calls and reserve conferences spaces. The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and be approachable. 

Responsibilities

  • Take telephone messages for clients.
  • Anticipate customer service needs of clients (copying, telephone, fax, etc.).
  • Arrange for copying needs of clients if required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent (GED).
  • Pleasant telephone manner, good communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
  • Automated conference room reservation database experience.
  • Good speaking voice, good telephone manners, fluency in English.
  • Articulate and diplomatic
  • Neat appearance
  • Strong interpersonal skills (with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel including Partners and Associates and the Firm’s Clients) are required.
  • Flexible as to hour and floor assignment.

ADA Requirements

  • Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances
  • Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
  • Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals
  • Ability to carry light to moderate objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 20lbs.

Pay Range

USD $35,000.00 - USD $45,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Range Statement

The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
