The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking to hire a Secretarial Management Team Intern to be a part of our Administrative Services Department. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 15 offices in six countries.
The Secretarial Management Team Intern will work closely and support the Secretarial Services, assist with various administrative tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidential information at all times. Additionally, candidates will have strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
This a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a law firm environment. Candidates should be willing to work in office three days a week, with shifts ranging from four to seven hours each.
The pay range for this role is $18- $21 per hour and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location. Willkie offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs to all eligible employees. This position is a part-time hourly role and benefits eligibility will be more limited.
