Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for a Power & Renewable Energy Corporate Paralegal based out of the Washington D.C. office to support the Power & Renewable Energy team on a variety of complex energy, power, and infrastructure transactions, as well as regulatory matters. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 15 offices in six countries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years’ experience as a corporate paralegal and experience with Power and Renewable Energy matters. The Paralegal will be responsible for providing assistance to the partners, associates, and clients of the Firm for all legal matters. This role requires in-office attendance three times a week.

The salary range for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
