The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking to hire a Learning & Technology Adoption Intern to join our 2025 Summer internship program and support the Learning & Technology Adoption (LTA) Team. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 15 offices in six countries.
The LTA Intern will be a member of the LTA team and will participate in various projects. This role will give you the opportunity to work with LTA leadership and trainers to develop training programs and materials, facilitate existing programs, enter and manage classes into the firm LMS, and help create and update team processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching/facilitating to medium/large groups both virtually and in-person, as well as developing course content. Interns will have the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain confidential information at all times.

The pay range for this role is $19 - $22 per hour and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
