The New York office of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking to hire a Library Knowledge & Research Intern to be a part of our 2025 Summer Internship Program. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,200 lawyers located in 15 offices in six countries.
The Library Knowledge & Research Intern will be responsible for reporting to the Head of Knowledge & Research Services to provide general support in data management, gain experience in utilizing various research platforms, and contribute to the firm’s knowledge – sharing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an interest in information classification and AI, pursing a degree in Library and Information Science, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment,. Candidates should be available to work on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote, from June 2025 to August 2025.

The pay range for this role is $19 - $22 per hour and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
